Leading the Church of God cannot be done with the wisdom of men, programs, ideology and craftiness. The Church must be led by Jesus Christ who entrusts the responsibility of caring for the people of God to an under-shepherd and spiritual leaders such as (Pastors or Elders). An under-shepherd (Senior Pastor) is a servant leader not a dictator but a communicator. Spiritual leadership communicates what is in the heart of God; to instruct and disciple the people of God.
